Based out of North Miami Beach, Sharp Realty was founded in 2005 by Silvana Abad Rodrigues. A native of São Paolo, Brazil, Silvana moved to Miami in 1990. Knowing there was a high demand for imported goods in Brazil, her business savvy led her to open an import/export company the same year, dubbed Impex. Through the years, Silvana helped many high-profile Brazilian clients with their import and export needs. Today, her husband heads the company which continues to excel in today's economy.
In 2005, through her network of Brazilian friends and family, Silvana realized there was a need for a full-service and trustworthy Brazilian real estate firm in Miami. She parlayed her expert knowledge of business to real estate and founded Sharp Realty. Her vision was to create an environment where Brazilian buyers and investors would be able to fulfill all their needs while feeling at home in knowledgeable hands.
